Arjun (Rishi Kapoor) is like a deadly snake; when someone stepped upon him he would spring into a violent rage to destroy that person. Arjun falls in love with Aarti but her parents forcibly get her married to someone else. A dejected Arjun finds love for the second time in Margaret, his college mate. As time passed he got over Aarti and devoted himself to Margaret. On a business trip to another city, Arjun’s past resurfaces as he finds Aarti leading the life of a call girl. Bursting with anger and irritation, Arjun finds himself in a pitiable state. Would fate once again separate Arjun from Margaret, as it had once separated him from Aarti?
